What is included

- Your stages as columns. Drag a job across, and the move is recorded with who moved it and when.

- Named and ordered by you. We start you with a sensible set for home-improvement work and then change it to match how you talk.
- Task checklists per job type
- Save the eight tasks a deck always needs; every new deck comes with them already attached.
- Proposals as PDFs
- Under your company name and your logo. The homeowner never sees ours.
- Payment schedules
- Deposit, halfway, final - by percent or by dollar, reconciled against the contract price so nothing goes unbilled.
- Invoices and recorded payments
- Against the milestone and the job, with who recorded them.
- Photos, files and notes on the job
- Site photos, permits and paperwork attached to the job itself.
- Search and email digests
- Find anything from anywhere; get one email a day for what is waiting on you.

Founding members: the first 10 companies
The first 10 companies on NailWhale get the $1,500 setup fee waived. The monthly price is not discounted, and that is on purpose - it is the better deal for you.
A discounted monthly rate has to end someday. Either it goes up and you feel punished for being early, or it never does and you spend years hearing about a price nobody else pays. A waived one-time fee simply ends by itself, and nothing about your bill changes next year.
